Coaching

I am a tenacious, results-oriented, fervent encourager and inspirer of people. A former twenty-five year corporate consultant with a strong track record of change leadership and organizational performance in industry-agnostic businesses of all shapes and sizes, I help restructure foundations and perspectives starting with YOU, the individual. I champion best practice execution by leading a culture of authenticity, focus, transparency, accountability and transformational improvement.

COACHING SERVICES

My coaching is individualized for you. I use a blend of customized agendas, existing curriculum, and an 8-week program called The Next Right Thing. Additionally, I coach using the Remorseless Workbook, another 8-week intensive which includes Tasks, Reminders, Coaching Exercises, and Weekly Check-Ins. Through deep dialogue, direct and often uncomfortable questions, crucial conversations, authentic feedback and tailored exercises, we work together to raise self-awareness, mental resilience and achieve overall transformation.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING

One-on-one coaching dedicated to personal and professional development and exploring individual transformative goals. I specialize in empowering others to get unstuck, navigate uncertainty and adversity, successfully traverse through transitions, execute goals, and make hard life decisions. Sessions are customizable (ad-hoc or through use of The Next Right Thing or the Remorseless Workbook) and may be 30, 60, or 90 minutes.

We all know there is a “plan” for our lives, but we also know how easy it is to get off course. To put other people ahead of ourselves. To repress our dreams, goals, and aspirations out of fear or muscle memory of the pain we felt the last time we went through it or tried. So many people give up before they even give it a real shot – that makes me crazy. We are all worth it. Giving up should NEVER be an option. There is always a way. I know this firsthand.
