… And so do the changes you want to make. Are you stuck somewhere between indecision and inaction? Do you feel uncertain of what to do next or where you are heading? Are you going through a season or situation in your life that you have never had to deal with before and are afraid that one wrong move will ruin everything?
Success is the progressive realization of a worthy goal or ideal.Earl Nightingale
1. Get Motivated
The exact steps you need to take to determine how to decide what to do next.
2. Learn From You
Easily discern what situations from your past inform your “you” today- and what doesn’t and shouldn’t
3. Lose the Labels
Ditch the narratives in your head that have been single-handedly holding you back.
4. Live Life Better
Implement actions that propel you onward in the direction that you should be heading – based on who you TRULY are.
I Can Help.
We all know there is a “plan” for our lives, but we also know how easy it is to get off course. To put other people ahead of ourselves. To repress our dreams, goals, and aspirations out of fear or muscle memory of the pain we felt the last time we went through it or tried. So many people give up before they even give it a real shot – that makes me crazy. We are all worth it. Giving up should NEVER be an option. There is always a way. I know this first-hand.

What is Coaching?
Just like athletes need someone to guide them to become the best that they can be, each of us, in our everyday lives, needs someone to help us get to the place and peace of “our best.” This is what coaching does. It aligns who you truly are vs. how you’ve been living (i.e. a discounted, imposter version of yourself based on labels & expectations), showing you how to make and execute decisions. I take a Proverbs approach: “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”
Coaching is personal, accountable, and actionable. You want to see a difference? Find a good coach. If the same results you have been seeing time and time again in your life are acceptable, then coaching is not for you.
Whether you are facing relational indecision at work or home, dealing with step-family situations, an illness, a goal, or a seasonal life transition such as college, empty-nesting, or a career change, I’ve been through it and can steer you not only back on course, but across the finish line. There is a methodical and repeatable approach to use; however, the trick is to do it based on who you truly are – not based on who everyone else expects you to be, has tried to make you become, or what some one-off class or self-help book purports is “the answer” or “the way.” That is exactly why people get deflated and give up.
How it Works
It begins with a free 30-minute strategy session. That is your chance to talk about your situation and find out how coaching will help you learn to navigate through your current season of life and/or take action with your decisions and goals. Collectively, we will determine if you are a good candidate for coaching (as in, will GET RESULTS) as well as which coaching services make the most sense.
I work with most clients by phone or video call; however, I also travel for 1:1 coaching sessions as requested and when my schedule allows.
I teach and coach in a variety of settings and manners. Below outlines the approaches which are most typically used by clients:
- 1:1 Personalized Coaching
- Group Coaching
- Leadership Coaching
- On-line (self-paced or 1:1) curriculum program, The Next Right Thing
